Privacy for your account, purchase, and product access.
This policy applies to the Clean Flip Academy website and iPhone and iPad app operated by Windy City Electronics. Last updated: July 22, 2026.
Account information
You can read the public guides without an account. If you create an account, sign in, connect website access, or request the free checklist, we may process your email address, an internal user identifier, authentication provider, and account access status. Password authentication is handled by our authentication provider; we do not store a readable copy of your password.
Purchase information
Apple processes in-app purchases and Stripe processes website checkout. We may store the purchase provider, transaction or checkout identifier, product, amount, currency, status, purchase email, and the account that receives access. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Support emails
If you email support, we receive whatever information you choose to include in that message, such as your email address, device details, screenshots, and your support question.
First-party site measurement
The website records limited first-party funnel events so we can understand whether public guides, account access, and checkout work. These records can include event name, page path, campaign source, referring site, browser user agent, and time. Email, passwords, access tokens, payment tokens, and checkout session identifiers are not intentionally included in those event records. We do not use third-party advertising SDKs or sell personal information.
Local browser and device data
The app and website may keep lightweight local state for account sessions, access status, a saved checklist email, and first-touch campaign attribution. You can clear browser storage or remove the app to clear local data, although verified purchase and account records may remain on our service providers.
Service providers
We use Apple for App Store distribution and purchases, Stripe for website payments, Supabase for authentication and account access, and infrastructure providers to host and secure the service. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.
Retention and security
We keep account, purchase, access, support, and operational records only as reasonably needed to provide access, support buyers, prevent abuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations. We use access controls and transport encryption, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You can use the public free layer without purchasing. You can ask to access, correct, or delete account information by emailing the address above. Some purchase or transaction records may need to be retained for fraud prevention, accounting, or legal obligations. Removing a linked account can affect cross-device access, so we may ask you to verify ownership first.

We may update this policy when the service or its providers change. The current revision date appears at the top of this page. Material changes will be posted here before or when they take effect.
